sessions. This portable microphone is lightweight, intuitive and
easy to use, whilst still allowing the organiser to stay in control
of the audience response system. This prevents delegates being
interrupted by other audience members, allowing them to feel more
involved and their opinions valued.
Audience members wishing to speak simply press the activation
button on their IML Communicator
keypad.
Our Microphone Queuing software instantly identifies members of
the audience wanting to speak and automatically places them in a
queue, providing a fast and fair queuing system that ensures
everyone gets an equal opportunity to have their say.
Our Smartcards, which slot into the top
of the Communicator keypad, can be used to identify which audience
members want to speak and place them in the virtual queue. By
incorporating this event and meeting technology into any conference
or seminar, you can ensure a greater level of audience
participation and involvement, making the meeting more interesting
and exciting without losing control of proceedings.
