Pre-event
In the early planning stages of
your event, a member of our team can visit your office to provide a
free demonstration as to how you can improve your event with our
technology and services.
Once your event is confirmed, you will be assigned one of our
experienced project managers and interactive producers who will
liaise on the logistics and interactive content for your event.
They can suggest additional or alternative solutions to help you
get the best results from the interactive keypads.
Day of your event
The same interactive producer will be on-site to set up the
technology, and manage the IML system until the successful
conclusion of your event. Any changes that you want made can be
done on-site to fit the requirements of your event. Given the
experienced nature of our full time team, changes and surprises are
handled with ease and minimal fuss.
Post event
Once the event is over, we will
produce comprehensive instant reports, detailing all aspects of
attendee ouput for further analysis. We will follow up with you to
see how we can enhance your event even further next time.
