The Client:
Freeman
The Challenge:
To facilitate training for the combined drug launch of two large
pharmaceutical companies’ 2,600 employees located in 125 rooms in
one hotel via a studio broadcast.
The pharmaceutical companies needed to
disseminate information on their new drug to their employees and
ensure that they understood and retained the information.
The Solution:
IML networked almost an entire hotel and convention center,
including over 40 hotel suites spanning 21 floors. The
pharmaceutical companies employed Freeman to set up a broadcast TV
studio in one of the rooms. The employees watched the live
broadcast from the numerous locations inside the hotel and
interacted using their IML keypad when appropriate. Employees were
then quizzed using the provided IML keypads on what they had
learned during training segments and earned points appropriately.
The top performing individuals and districts were awarded
prizes.
Testimonial:
“IML came through once again to help us provide a comprehensive
cost effective solution to our customers’ needs. When our
clients’ needs exceed the functionality of our existing ARS
technology we turn to IML and they always come through with an
effective solution. Once again they understood the clients’ needs
and provided equipment and labor to support Freeman in offering a
turn-key solution."
